A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
At Lightning Publications we take customer satisfaction seriously. We believe that the publications we sell are great value for money and will provide you with years of reading and re-reading.
If you are for any reason not happy with your Lightning Publications magazine subscriptions you can cancel your subscription at any time and get a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Books can be returned and the full price of the book will be refunded. The customer will bear the cost of returning the book to Lightning Publications. Return policy void if book is damaged or in worn condition.

Shipping Information
Each order is subject to a standard $3.50 S&H fee. In addition to this, for orders in the USA and Puerto Rico: add $1.95 for each book, including free book, and for orders in Canada: add $3.95 for each book, including free book. Magazines S&H charges are included in the subscription price. All prices in USD. Please allow up to 21 days delivery on book orders.

USA Orders:
1 book = $3.50 + $1.95 = $5.45
2 books = $3.50 + $1.95 + $1.95 = $7.40
3 books = $3.50 + $1.95 + $1.95 + $1.95 = $9.35
CANADIAN Orders:
1 book = $3.50 + $3.95 = $7.45
2 books = $3.50 + $3.95 + $3.95 = $11.40
3 books = $3.50 + $3.95 + $3.95 + $3.95 = $15.35
