Administration Assistant
Job Description
EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for someone with a positive attitude that can multi-task and work independently. The person in this position will provide direct support for both the President and Sales Manager of a Tampa, Florida based Publishing Company. The position and responsibilities will grow as the company expands, giving good improvement opportunities for the right person.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Taking orders
- Customer service
- Basic bookkeeping
- Filing
- Packing and preparing shipments
- Preparing domestic and international shipping documents
- Data entry
- Mailing
Requirements:
- Experience with similar responsibilities
- Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Must have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and be a team player
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging, customer-oriented company
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is critical
